Who Is This Girl?

I'm a twenty something, hot mess, caffeine addict, messy bun loving, leggings obsessed, rescue dog mom who just happens to convince herself each + everyday that fitness is not what the media wants us to think it is- "fitness" is not your BMI. It's not how far you can run or how much you can lift. Fitness is you honoring + loving your body where it is right now.
When I first launched my business (TeamYogaForDonuts), I had so many people tell me that it was absurd because I didn't look like a #fitspo model. I'm not a size 2. In fact, my size has *gasp* TWO NUMBERS in it. And I've never been happier.
I know I'm the healthiest I've ever been because I've stopped obessively counting calories- I've stopped stepping on the scale- I've stop fretting about eating the donut when I know I "should" be eating kale.
Friends, three years ago I lost 75 lbs in a completely unstable, unhealthy way. I've gained back some of that weight- and I'm not upset about it. That girl? She wasn't happy. She was hungry. She didn't know what fitness was.
And now? I know that my weight will come off if I remember that life isn't black and white. I'll power through a hot PiYo flow and eat pasta for dinner. I enjoy my life. I live my life by keeping my yin + yang in balance. For me? Thats yoga + donuts.
For you? It could be beer + kale :)
Whatever it is, I want to help you figure it out!
